A fitness artist.

The classes I am currently teaching I have created & are original formats. I have worked hard to seamlessly create fitness classes that keep you working for the entire class. Every transition is a working transition. My classes are challenging , but fun. My fitness education gives me the ability to teach to beginners & advanced students in the same class. Alignment & safety are key.

I am extremely passionate about creating a mood or vibe in my classes that build people up & inspires them to break through barriers.

I have over 1500 hours of fitness training certification hours.
Which includes 300 E-RYT vinyasa yoga instructor, 500-hour mat/reformer instructor, certified indoor cycling instructor & certified barre instructor.
