This low impact & high energy combo of ballet/barre techniques, mat Pilates, cardio blasts, and yoga that is essential for balancing both mind and body in one efficient and effective class.
Things you’ll need for class: A Faux barre such as a chair, countertop, railing. A yoga/pilates mat.
Optional props: Light weights, pilates ring, and resistance band.
