Ingredients:

  • 1 6oz piece of sushi-grade tuna, small dice
  • 2 scallions, chiffonade
  • 1/2 avocado, small dice

Marinade:

  • 1/2 jalapeno, rough chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 TBSP rice wine Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1-2 TBSP olive oil

Method:

  1. Place tuna, scallions & avocado in a bowl.
  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  3. Pour marinade over tuna. Toss lightly.
  4. Serve on cucumber slices or rice crackers.
