
Ingredients:
- 1 6oz piece of sushi-grade tuna, small dice
- 2 scallions, chiffonade
- 1/2 avocado, small dice
Marinade:
- 1/2 jalapeno, rough chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP fresh ginger, minced
- 1 TBSP rice wine Vinegar
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1-2 TBSP olive oil
Method:
- Place tuna, scallions & avocado in a bowl.
- Whisk marinade ingredients together.
- Pour marinade over tuna. Toss lightly.
- Serve on cucumber slices or rice crackers.
