Slice baguette and lightly toast.Depending on the tomatoes, cut or rough chop. Thinly slice (chiffonade) the basil. Spread the goat cheese on the baguette toasts. Add the tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with truffle oil. Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste.
